Shannon Finister is a dynamic entrepreneur, passionate mentor, and engaging leader across both corporate and faith-based arenas.  She is the Founder and CEO of Just A Dream Away Inc., a personal development and success mentoring organization dedicated to youth and young adult empowerment. Mrs. Finister is a graduate of Northwestern State University where she studied Elementary Education and Business Administration and attended graduate school at Dallas Baptist University.

Mrs. Finister has a demonstrated track record of implementing, managing and mitigating risk for both the mortgage and auto finance industries. She held leadership positions for leading corporations including: Citigroup, Bank of America, FannieMae and GM Financial. Currently, she is responsbile for overseeing risk as the Vice President of Risk Management for a $40 billion dollar mortgage servicing company.

Originally from Louisiana, Shannon has honed a unique ability for using her voice and life story to propel others into realizing their purpose and potential.
